Well, good to know I'm not missing anything. Looks like we are well on our way to late season collapse. Question is, will Blake and Co be ok with the bad optics, or will they cave and make trade deadline deal to try and save face this year? I don't think they do. Blake already got his contracy extension, and I don't think Blake ultimately cares about Tmac's job. Time will tell.

Danault and Moore weren’t going to be point per game players forever. Both guys have been stellar but come on it’s not sustainable.

This team needs Kopitar and Kempe to start producing and/or needs to get something from it’s younger players or it could start to get dicey with these injuries.

They have no one in the pipeline that looks capable of replacing VA, AA and Lemieux right now. Which is massively disappointing.

It’s 45 games, not a slump.

Ok. He's still 28, and in the first year of a 4 year/$16m contract. Richards was given every last second to show he was a shell of a hockey player, and that was Sutter, while the team was contending for a Cup. Iafallo isn't 13-14 Richards bad yet, so, you'll just have to wait I guess. Win or lose, score or not, Iafallo will get his ice time.
