There's a good 30% chance that Ollie will lose his mud under the slightest pressure at any given time or place on the ice. The rest of the time isn't all that bad.

Remember how teams use to give Scuderi and Norstrom all the time they wanted from the point, knowing they couldn't break an egg? Its the opposite with Maatta, just whisper "boo" at him and your line's Corsi goes up.

Best case scenario there, was a stationary Maatta receiving the puck on his backhand with a defender closing on him with speed.

Like I said, a skill play there can cancel it out, but Kopi set that whole shit show into motion with a pass not expected from a 10 million dollar center.

Kalyiev is playing way too well to be getting 30 seconds of pp time and 4th line duty.

He is almost always in the right position to make a play, and has been a serious threat to win almost any board battle he is in.

Swap him and brown and we may see several players benefit from it.
