Is this tongue in cheek? Because we were literally this last year against Vegas only it was 2-1 Avs in the 3rd not 2-0.

Gallant isn't going anywhere after he was at the helm of a team in the ECF. Yes, Shesterkin deserves most of the credit but no amount of criticism will get Gallant fired.
Lol, Rag fans never change. Gallant and Igor took a team that should have never been close to the ECF to the actual damn ECF.

This was a bit of a fluke season for the Rangers imo. They relied heavily on Igor to mask all the shortcomings of that roster. NYR would be a tremendous team if they didn't pick two underwhelming wingers with their top picks.

No kidding… winning a round should have been seen as a huge accomplishment with that roster. Let alone making the ECF and challenging Tampa for a couple games. They just had a great season and have a lot of positives to take from this.
One thing I’ll say though, playing Strome as inured as he was, was a mistake. Tampa targeted him and made the Rags pay.

Doesn´t matter, they made it to the ECF and had one foot a Tampa´s throat in Game 3 and the series.
Gallant simply got outcoached heavy the last 4 games.... I really hope our coaching staff made their homework. And our team better not take the foot of the gas. To me, it´s our speed combined with skill that can, and hopefully will bring down Tampa and Vasilevsky.
