Miller will probably wear a letter for that team. He’s a lock.

good to see jones there as expected. Not a lock to make it but this is good for him.

question so Kravtsov a dec 99 baby and Pajuniemi a sept 99 baby both are too old for this tourney? Dumb rule Under 20 should be 20 and under.

Pajuniemi man has anyone in Finland at his age played that well this year? No way

20 isn't under 20 lol.

Jesus I’m well aware of the understanding of the rule. I’m just saying I don’t like it. I’d rather it be 20 and under. As opposed to under 20. That’s all.

Guys, do you know when are the official rosters comming out? I live like 15 kms from both venues (Ostrava and Třinec) and looking to buy the tickes asap, just need to know which of our prospects will be playing for sure.

Lundkvist is a lock, Henriksson likely
Miller is a lock for USA, Jones possible
Gross is a lock for Switzerland
Aaltonen is possible for Finland
(Assuming there are no injuries of course)

Edit: Finland's roster just announced. Aaltonen not on it

Aaltonen did fine in the U20 events they had him in, but has had an underwhelming club season. Playing in Liiga is good, certainly, but he has been scratched a good bit and when he does play he hasn't produced. I expected that one.

Not sure on Henriksson, either. They could bring him for the experience as he's young and will definitely be a factor next year, but he hasn't don't much in his U20 matches and has been a non-factor in Allsvenskan. I'm not sold that he'll make it, either. I don't know what the rest of Sweden's roster looks like, though, so I could be wrong.

Thank you!

No surprise on Aaltonen.

Henriksson and Jones are the other two bubble guys. If give Henriksson maybe a 40% chance and Jones something like a 33% chance.

What favors Henriksson is that Sweden decided to go with a "skeleton crew" so to speak and will likely only add players instead of cutting players from a largere prelim roster

Henriksson is on, I think. Like Amazing said, they already named a base roster. At least I think that is what it is. Articles on players not on it commented on it like it was definitive.

BTW center Jacob Olfosson was injured yesterday. Should bode well for Henrikssons ice time.
