Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. All 5 goals were gorgeous... well done. Pure domination. I think it was Parik in net who is a good goalie (first Czech taken in draft this year). Looks like the Swedes love playing our D.lol

I hate this team
You know how you always hear "everyone on HF over rates their own teams prospects"? Well on the Flyers board, the only people who defend Ginning, are the ones who defend/defended Hagg and Hakstol. There is no pumping of tires on Ginning from those who know what they are talking about.

Flyers fans very much disliked the Ginning back and its even worse now. Cant believe Sweden has also been duped by this guy into finding value in him. So weird.

With no video all we know is: Didn't get on the scoresheet, but the pbp history says he had a dangerous shot the goalie saved.

Obviously not a fan of Ginning being a C but I get your point. Englund's not NHL calibre but he was a great captain IIRC

You know when a star player is injured and the team initially plays even better because everyone else feels they have to raise their game? That's what Montén is doing by naming Ginning as captain. Everyone will think "This guy is a disadvantage" and will play their best hockey possible.

Looks like he won't.
Only changes to the lineup is the bottom 6:
Alexander Holtz–Karl Henriksson–Albin Eriksson
Linus Öberg–Hugo Gustafsson–Linus Nässén
And Alnefelt to start.
Montén says Lucas will be ready for the first game against the Finns, he could have played today, but they chose not to play him yet.
Hard to tell if that is the right decision or not. It might have been a good thing for him getting some minutes on the ice before the tournament starts to get rid of the worst rust. But on the other hand it is probably better not taking any risks at this point. Sadly i do not think we will see the best of him this tournament unfortunately. Bad timing.
