I think the B"s should look at Duclair now that they need another LW. Hoffman would be rad, too, but I worry about him based on that situation in Ottawa a couple years ago.

Package Bjork + pick/prospect for a defenseman (Schmidt?)

**Keep in mind, the team can afford to wait until the trade deadline to aquire extra help.**

Marchand-Bergeron-Pasta
DeBrusk-Krejci-Smith
DuClair-Coyle-Kase/Stud
Frederic/Lindholm-Kuraly-Wagner

Schmidt-McAvoy
Grzy-Carlo
Lauzon-Clifton
Moore

Rask

Sign toffoli and get on the phone with Arizona and get oel. Get deadwood off cap Ritchie and moore. This would be ideal.

Duclair wb a fine add

Hoffman would be a big risk

So Hoffman, a guy who has consistently put up 30 goal/30 assists on average the past two years and has averaged 58 points a season since entering the league is a big risk?

But Duclair, a guy who wasn't qualified as an RFA by his 6th team, and scored a grand total of 2 goals in the 29 games after Xmas, would be a fine add?

Did you mean Hoffman would be a fine add and Duclair is a big risk? Because you would be correct.

Sweeney wants Barzal here’s his chance

Tampa has nothing on then for salary problems

Has any organization produced more bad contracts out of their Cup success than Chicago - many they resigned but others as well. Andrew Ladd and Johnny Boychuk are choking the Islanders to death

Boston Cup and success led to 3 horrible signings in Lucic, Boychuk, and Horton.

Boston only made one off that and it’s Seidenberg

Chicago just brutal

I’m starting to wonder if Lw would be a better fit for us than Rw

Marchand-Bergeron-Pasta
Dads/Hoffman- Krejci- Smith
DeBrusk-Coyle- Kase

In comparison to Toffoli add

But it doesn’t matter too much if the LD is what it is

Schmidt would be an awesome add, but for that reason Sweeney won’t get him

Chicago 3 Cups......Boston 1........Give me the cups we should have won and a GM with some stomach guts to make a hockey trade.....or sign a guy that may put us over the cap at some point......When you have a cup winning nucleus, you go for it and dance the cap.......This guy we got pissed it all away because he simply has no balls....And his hockey IQ for talent is very very low.....An inept GM has cost this franchise.....Pretty simple to understand looking objectively and not from a fanboy perspective.

Bang on- offer Dadonov or Hoffman 3/4 years 5-6 M

Anyone who spends time in CF knows many teams are screwed like Tampa, Toronto, Islanders, Rangers etc there’s more now or going forward

the team in very good shape now and especially next year Bbbbbboston

Tyler Johnson get the email yet time to come up with career ending rash or fake shoulder injury so they can keep Cirelli and maybe Sergachev

I'm starting to wonder WTF are we doing.

We need to replace Krug > Schmidt
Continue to find secondary scoring > The Hoff Shot

Then done. Sign Jake and lets see how it gels.

Marchand-Bergeron-Pasta
Hoffman- Krejci- Smith
DeBrusk-Coyle- Studs

That's solid and a great blend of skill and physicality.

Where is the physicality with that mix? Sad what is now considered physical hockey.
