You literally complained about people complaining about taking a pick in a forum that’s to discuss the picks taken.

I then asked you a question as to why you’re even in this forum if you wanted to be in an echo chamber, instead of being on a board of differing opinions.

You then proceeded to claim that I was mad because I asked you a question.

If you can’t see how ridiculous that sounds, then that means that there are bigger problems than people complaining about draft picks.
I didn’t complain about anyone, maybe you have someone else. To be exact I said honestly anyone this late in the draft is a crap shoot. You then claimed I was complaining, which I wasn’t. Honestly I could care less about your opinions on why you hate drafting a goalie in the 4th round. I think your wrong but whatever man.

Berard ranked 119 by RLR

Projection: Speedy little buzzer on NHL/AHL shuttle.
Style compares to: Nikita Gusev

And LOL at this comment under little gnats who are pest to play against

6. Brett Berard — Like a girlfriend you’re trying to get rid of, he’s
always there and he’s irritating as hell.

not sure you are supposed to say that in 2020 but i laughed.

Black Book has him at 52...rated very good in hockey sense & compete. good in skill and skating...below average in misc. so the knock is his size

I'm a huge hockey fan but the banter on this coverage is killing me. It's like "he's a rangy defensemen with a long reach and my sources tell me he had pot roast for dinner last night" Jesus Christ it's been a long day of this.

I’m mixed on this draft for us. I don’t know if trading up for Schneider was the move and I didn’t love the Cuylle pick that much at all. But Vierling and Berard look like decent late rounders.

The attention on North American players is very interesting and certainly a philosophical change. Not Coincidental that this happens with JD in charge. I’ll be interested in hearing the organization’s perspective
I wouldn't know one way or the other but I wonder how much of it is a function of the covid fall out. Cancelled seasons/tournaments. Less information to work with. No combine. Or, as you suggest, a shift in philosophy.
