Man whats the issue with Mysak?

Scouch had Mysak as one of the most overrated players in the draft by fans. If I recall, his video on Mysak was pretty negative overall. But still, this is quite a big fall even if you don't think Mysak should be a first rounder.

No one is trading from Strome. Once it got out that Rangers weren’t going to qualify him, that was a major hit to whatever value was there.

Like I said, I would trade for him. Qualify him, let arbitration do what it does. Then trade him with retention for more than whatever I traded for him in the first place.

Sure I would have to carry whatever the retention was in cap hit for a year, yet I gain a better asset for doing so.

Wouldn't it be something if Alexis puts the team on his back and eliminates Carolina, that would be a kick in the ass to them since them beating us in the play in round is what got us the pick.
