OT: 2020 Football Thread: We All Suck

Giants gotta get a skill player. I can’t see another tackle at 2. I think Thomas will be fine. Peart looks like steal. Lemieux they like. Gates is getting better. I can’t take Sewell.

I gotta take The wide out. I’ll give Jones one more season.

The single thing that makes the Giants one of the worst teams in the league rather than just a bubble team is their offensive line.

Sewell is supposed to be a generational talent OT. He is going in the top five no matter what AND he fits a position of need AND this position of need is the Giants' biggest by far. Take Sewell without thinking twice.

Jets 19.5 dogs to the Chiefs. Normally I'd jump all over the team that is getting so many points. This is the Jets tho and this team is an all time horrific squad and so I'd no question give the points.

That spread should be covered by end of 1st quarter as Chiefs should put up at least 40 if not a 50 spot. And while they are at it, don't be surprised if Andy lets Le'Veon get a bit of revenge on the Jets and gives him the rock enough to go for 100 and at least one TD.

This is going to be a bloodbath...can't wait!...lol

Depends on how badly they want to embarrass the Jets. Chiefs will determine what the score will be, lol.

19.5 is too much for me to lay in the NFL. Not that I have faith in the Jets at all. But it's just too large a spread for me to take.

It has that Chiefs up 28-3, take their foot off the gas and allow a cheap garbage time TD 28-10 possibility

i don't think we're gonna score 50 lol. Andy is notorious for going easy on teams when we go up big (that aren't the broncos or raiders).

i think we probably cover the spread but the score is closer to like 28-6 than like 50-10

i imagine Andy uses this game to experiment a bit. our line has been giving us problems recently and i think he'll try and figure out ways he can coach around that.
 
The Jets will get blown out, but I don’t think it’ll be anywhere near as bad as it could be. KC could easily break 50 if they wanted to, but I predict they run the hell out of the ball and Mahomes throws 25 times or less. Why risk the franchise in a gimme game against whatever the hell Greg Williams defense is doing. It’ll still probably be 31-6

if i'm Andy i'm running an 80/20 run/pass split in this game. i fully expect gregg williams to coach his team to injure mahomes

I get it. It's cute. I just don't remember anyone calling Coach Cowher or Belichick or Parcels/Tuna "Bill" or whatever. It's always last name or a nick name. First name identities are for soccer or basketball players, LOL. Last coach I remember people regularly referring to by his first name was Rex Ryan and he was awful.
