Daniel Jones was very good tonight. This was on Engram, and ultimately the defense for giving up about 150 yards and 2 tds in less than 5 minutes.

It's a bad team folks.

I'd just like the team to actually show something besides ineptitude. Last time this franchise has been relevant was 2012.

Uh... they did?

Another game the Giants should have won but didn't, but this time if Engram could make an easy catch that's the difference. Losses are still worth it though if Gettleman is fired.

I wanted Engram gone 2 years ago. That guy is a loser. He's a losing football player. He sucks. He can't run routes. He can't catch balls. He blows. Another crap Reese pick. Thomas is struggling but I have faith that he will figure it out eventually. Engram, he has sucked his entire career. I doubt we can get anything for that loser now.

Gettleman's biggest problem is he doesn't make moves at the deadline. He has no idea how to acquire extra picks and build depth. The scrubs playing at LB and in the secondary are not pro football players. They suck. If he had any brains he will trade Ryan, Engram. Zeitler, Fleming, Shepard, etc.... However, my guess is he will sit there and do nothing as usual.

They did what exactly? Giants shooting themselves in the foot once again, should be the team's motto at this point.

You trust Gettleman with another high pick? That's cute.

I would hope a 1-3 win season would keep that from happening. Any more wins than that and there's even less of a chance for change.

There a bad team devoid of much talent. They played well at times. Close game against another bad team. Eh, watcha gonna do?

Maybe if our idiot GM learns how to acquire extra picks he actually can draft some WR's that have speed and can get open to give Jones some quick targets so he doesn't have to hold the ball forever for somebody to get open.

What you are going to do as ownership is tell your thickhead GM to start trading off guys and get extra picks for once so you can actually fill holes. The WR core is pathetic. I think Jones could get more open if he played WR.

They put themselves in a position that an average-quality NFL team would have turned into a win.

The Giants are weird because they are not as bad as their record shows but their record does match the team's talent level. I attribute that to good coaching, which makes me very optimistic about the future.

Agreed. His trillionth fumble (and hilarious trip) aside, Jones played well.

The O-Line is so goddamn terrible. I know he's just a rookie in a COVID season but Andrew Thomas is a turnstile out there.
