I really really want Timmins to come out and say at the end....Since the talent was horrible in the Q this year, we decided to look elsewhere.
What about that Rangers pick tho, Matthew Rempe, 6'8" center, 236 lbs at 18, jeez lol that's a monster. I hope he makes it just because I want to see a guy that big play center in the NHL lol

When my Grandmother's family was split apart at the breakout of World War 2 and shipped out of Poland, she was sent to first Iran, then Iraq and finally Beirut, Lebanon as a refugee to live in a orphanage. She came to Canada in the late '40s and only in the mid-'80s after hiring a private investigator to help her reunite her family, she discovered her brother had made a new life living in Brest subsequent to uniquely serving as a fairly high-ranking officer in the Soviet Red Army as a Pole. He had married a Russian woman and they had kids who were living in Moscow. His children left Moscow for Montreal in the mid-'90s and after his wife died, he too came to Montreal to live with them in the early 2010s. I only met him a few times before he passed away but now I have an extremely tenuous connection with this faraway place and for some reason feel the need to relate this story because of it hahaBELARUS baby!!!!
from Brest, small town on the Polish border
