Why is Byfield stapled to the bench in OT while Foote (several shifts), Dellandrea etc continue to play. Of course Canada was completely dominated in the OT session. Makes no sense.

Bahl was one of the better players on the ice. Probably the best defenceman. No one really stood out in general though.

I know he scored twice today but Hunters usage of Foote will be extremely annoying this year, I can tell.

Seemed weird that Hayton and Byfield played together the whole game and then Foote plays a few shifts with him in OT. I think Byfield would be one of Canadas more dangerous 3 on 3 players

They control the game like they did the first 2 periods and theyll be fine in this tourney. Finland isnt some cake walk team. Yes they had a bad third, it happens.

Lines looked fine. Top line had a couple goals and the second line had a million chances just couldnt buy a goal. Even though he scored 2 goals i would still think about trying Lavoie in Footes spot but thats the only change I would wanna see. Veleno and Lafreniere play great together, Hayton, Byfield and Cozens all had a lot of chances as well
