Touch a player get a penalty. Don't usually complain about reffing but these refs are freakin brutal.
 
Kings have no chemistry and that includes the Kopi line...can we ask guys to go to LTIR already or trade their asses outta here and start again with the youngsters?
 
Chicago is so lucky. Hossa gets a rash and quits. Toews feels lethargic and takes the season off.

I think they’ve been ok for the most part. But they have an iconic boat anchor tied to them both at ES and the PP.

This may be the year 23 falls right the f*** off. Depressing but inevitable.
 
Kopi is invisible at this point. The only reason to watch the third period is to watch if Big Mac kicks someone’s ass. Also watching Lias and Grundstrum
 
I'll save you a few clicks, the refs are Tim Peel and Frederick L'Ecuyer.

Peel is Peel and L'Ecuyer has been a HUGE knob to us on multiple occasions

I have no problem losing to the Avs, I have a huge problem when the integrity of the game is what causes the downhill slide. Kings were plenty in this game and frankly turning the tide before some of those calls.

I expect a good team to overcome that and learn some things here but the Avs sure don't need the help and this team is beyond any lessons at this point

We have a problem. If Kopitar isn't producing, who will? Iafallo is a decent complementary player (I still think he plays like Justin Williams) but we moved Williams up and down the lineup. We don't have anyone to create scoring chances. Brown is essentially a third- or fourth-line player at this point. He's slow, he's ineffective, and he can't handle the puck. Man, reality f***ing sucks. Our favorite players are getting older and we don't have any good players ready to jump in and take their place.
 
Really sad but we might be seeing the official decline of Kopitar, Doughty, and Quick. We knew it was coming but it's just depressing that it's finally here. :cry:

well, first the earth cool, then the dinosaurs came, then died. then hockey was invented and in a game in 2021 , the LA kings were called for every thing close to a penalty and find themselves down 3-0 .

I think all these complaints are magnified by some really poor officiating.

To me, Kopitar may be invisible offensively but still solid defensively and not nearly the liability Drew Doughty is. His play is a giant piece of egg on the face of the Kings right now. TM must be thinking "THIS is the guy that used to knock our dicks in every night when I was in San Jose?"

Kopitar being a #3 center in a couple years doesn't sound so crazy now does it? (I know you weren't the one who scoffed at that, just making the point)
