NHL and the kings are for entertainment.

I’m not entertained, im annoyed by the same complacency and effort.

As a life long fan and 12 year sth, ive never been more bored by this consistent nonsense. Even them early 2000s.

See you next year.

Which wouldn't be so bad if he actually did anything of value out there. I think he should've spent less time golfing with Gretzky during the off-season and more time conditioning.
 
Kopitar,Brown,Doughty etc have to play better. If they don't pick it up, we don't have anybody ready to pick up the slack. Also, if this team is way worse than expected, how does that affect Blake? Is his seat getting warm? He has bet heavily on this aging core,he might die by the sword.

I think most analysts have predicted the team to still be in a rebuilding mode and near the bottom of the pack.

I'm not a Rob Blake fan but I think the team is pretty much where he and most expect them to be.

Besides, I don't get the overly dramatic sentiment at this point, you don't really know what you have until about the 10 game mark.

I think that's my biggest issue so far. I feel like most of our mistakes are self-inflected and coaching related. Stuff I don't really see other teams doing so far this year,we are. To me, that's on the coach. He may turn out fine, or he may be the next Stevens.

Imagine the team was expected to contend for the playoffs, and they blow leads twice in the third.

I’m not so much mad at the team as I am at the coaches management of the team. Both games were winnable and should’ve been won.

How many times in the last two games did you see players leading over at the waist gasping for air. He is running some of our vets into the ground well not utilizing some of the younger legs.

And I don’t give two craps about zone entry, Adrian Kempe is one of the dumbest hockey players I’ve ever seen in my life. He should not be on the power-play.

Dustin Brown should not see ice in an overtime.

What benefit does a Mario bring to the team And why is he used so much.

I get Kopitar being out there to start the overtime as you want him to win the face off. But once the play is underway and the next lines go over the boards they should be players like Carter and AA who have superior wheels.

I will end my rant on a positive however. Carter looks great and is moving freely. Quick looks to be seeing the puck very well and moving clean. AA looks a lot better than he did last year. Moore goes about his business effectively. I see a very bright future for Roy and Anderson.

It’s not so much that they lost it’s that they did the same exact thing they did in game 1. Like exact same thing, that’s what’s frustrating. If they lost 4-1 tonight everybody would be like “oh well, we suck” but to see a 2 goal lead lost in the 3rd again.

You expect him to say we're looking for another low pick this season? If course the KINGS expect to make the playoffs, I'd be upset with anything less. It's always been the goal.

But anyone not affiliated with the Kings saying they see them in a playoff picture this season? There are literally hundreds of analysts to choose from.
