We haven't had a guy like that since Peter Harrold.
That's 2012 Stanley Cup Finalist (NJD) Peter Harrold, sir.

When they land a hip check,They could pair MIKEY Anderson and DOUGIE Hamilton and call the pairing juvenile.
None whatsoever.Any interest in Dougie Hamilton as a UFA? He's not as young as we'd prefer, but he's a hell of a player. The Athletic projects him to land somewhere between Pietrangelo and Krug's deals. 7 x $7.25M?
Bjornfot - Hamilton
2021 1st rounder - Doughty
Anderson - Roy
None whatsoever.
You don't add to what is already the strongest part of your team when you have holes almost everywhere else.

I’m thinking this might mean there’s a chance of Kupari and Luff in over Amadio and Wagner next game.
I never really thought much of Hamilton, but looking at his stats I never realized how much of threat he is from the blueline. And he's never been a bad +/- player. If he doesn't resign in Carolina, I'd be open to it
Imama deserves a shot.
I was just reliving that in another thread. Pained me when I remembered that we had Anton Stralman on a PTO in training camp but Lou opted not to sign him.
Hell, if he did all that I'd want him to stay on the team.To get taken out of the lineup, Amadio would have to turn around and snipe one into our own net, look McLellan dead in the eyes and say "yeah I f***ing did that on purpose", and spear him right in the chest...and even then TM wouldn't pull him until Mike said "Michael Amadio SUCKS" because that would be a step too far even for Michael Amadio.
But let's be real the puck wouldn't go in anyway so the whole hypothetical is moot
Can we please try someone else on Vilardi's wing other than Carter? I'd like to see Kempe - Vilardi - Athanisiou
Carter just does not belong in the top 6 anymore
It's true, Carter should be the best 3rd-4th line forward in the league and not the most mediocre 2nd line forward.
Yup loved watching Tank/JAD/Moore line. Reminded me of the Donnelly/Millen/Granato line Not offensively of course but just small guys working there but off.I miss JAD
I hope he comes back and is fine, he was looking like it was his time.

Martin Frk isn't a world beater, but if he was healthy that would push Carter to the 3rd where he would get more suitable assignments. Bummer he's still out.
