Eh, some more than others.

When you watch Tomasino against faster teams, there’s a little bit of a feeling like he’s got a hand grenade on his stick.

Not sure I am up for this conversation tonight, yet

Kreider I think the Rangers overvalued him versus what he is likely to return now, or will be extended for.

Trouba similarly.

I would have rather seen them go in a different direction, Tomasino or some other prospect(s) with either of those choices. Yet to be fair, with Trouba it very much depends on whether there is an extension and how much that costs. With Kreider not so much, if they could, I think they should have been willing to sell lower than they were asking, should that have been like #16 or bust.

Why is it such a 'terrible return' for a player who was being traded with 1 year remaining on his contract before Unrestricted Free Agency? He had had multiple years remaining on his contract, the return would have been much higher... Also, what about those blurbs that Trouba's camp forced the Jets hand to get him to only 1 of two teams... Just what type of return did you expect for a player with only 1 year remaining on his contract, and where the player/agent basically limit his destination to one of only two options?

-What type of return do you think they're getting at the trade deadline? 1st rounder + what? Do you see the Jets as being a team that's going to weaken their blueline just prior to a playoff run? What if Trouba got injured leading up to the trade deadline? Then they get nothing for him...

Yes certain Ranger fans are being biased because they refuse to acknowledge that the 1st rounder we got from the Jets was a valuable asset... Look how many fans have claimed that we got Trouba and Lemiuex for a Kevin Hayes rental... They're ignoring the fact that that 1st rounder we got from the Jets was now our asset... It makes no difference whose pick it originally was... We didn't get Trouba & Lemiuex for Hayes...

We got 1 year of Trouba's services and Lemiuex for a Kevin Hayes rental and a 20th overall 1st round draft pick...
No. You dont get to include Lemieux as a net positive for us and the 20th as a negative. f*** out of here with that bullshit.

I .... don’t know ....what we’re debating....

Because there’s no such thing as trading for a perfect guy who is the perfect age with a perfect contract with perfect term and a perfect cap hit. He’s a great player who is an RFA. Stop overthinking it. The Rangers will most likely end up signing him anyways.

I said nothing about a 'perfect guy', a 'perfect age', or a 'perfect cap hit'... Where did you get that from?

Fans seem to forget Trouba only had 1 year remaining on his contract before UFA.... That decreases his trade value...

The 1st rounder we traded for him was OUR ASSET... That it came from the Jets from another asset we traded - makes no difference...

Fans claiming we got Trouba & Lemiuex for Hayes are simply wearing their blue-colored glasses...

Kind of an anti-climactic 1st round after the initial chance at up to 4 1st rounders and then the discussion about multiple trades, but still can't get over the fact that Kakko will be in Broadway next season!

No. Stop it

Kakko is not "anti-climatic"
