The f*** are you on about? The puck was rolling on him and even though he missed he killed way more time than if he'd taken a hard shot. Also, the team has shown great awareness this season, jumping pucks and breaking up entries very well.

i'm talking more situational awareness, i'm not about to go into a tirade about it but they are prone to losing their minds and making bad decisions when they could take a second to make a better decision as evidenced by the 5000 icings, wagner's... "moment", the early string of penalties and the late trip

i didn't see it rolling but if he had time to choke up and bunt the puck like that i think he had time for a stickhandle and a proper shot and a goal kills more time than a miss
