I'd be fine with it. Means the Kings dug out of a hole and lost the lottery anyway.
Like they get so excited the net is empty they just flub all their attempts.

Possibly ended the season on a 7 game win streak. The young guys have been really stepping up which is a real positive going forward.
Peterson and Vilardi pretty much won us this game. Great end of the season boys. Now that the season is over time for the draft lottery.

I'm gonna be pissed if the season ends here and we f***ed out draft positioning for no f***ing reason. What a way to piss away a terrible season for no gain. Typical kings
Ending the season on a high note would be nice. Ending at #4 instead of #2 kinda sucks but the advantages are marginal to get the #1 anyway with the way the lottery works.
Oh come on, it's not like it was just vets turning it on down the stretch. This was a group of young players learning how to succeed in the NHL, that's a damn good reason.
