There was no luck... in this game for Canada the game was even slight favor for Sweden but hey you can't win a close game like this in the penaltie box because some slightly ******ed ref decided to just pick penalties on one team

And then ignore the stick being knocked out of Liljegren's hands on the clinching en goal. It wasn't pretty. Depressing really.

Great game, absolutely loved every minute of it and it could have gone either way. Congrats to Canada. There are different ways to lose and this time Sweden really did their best game in the tournament. Should be proud over the effort even if it didnt get them the whole way.

So all three Canada goals were undisputable, but Sweden clearly showed more skill. Canada had 6 PP:s without scoring. Sweden had 1. Diving but smart canucks vs skilled and not so smart Swedes. Classic final. Thanks for a good game guys!

Give it a rest. I was hoping for a Canada Sweden gold medal game so we wouldn't have to listen to Americans. Didnt expect Sweden fans to react like this. I almost wish we lost.

Wont ever watch another wjc in USA/can. Sweden by far the better team and in my eyes we won the gold this year, don't care what you say. Reffing in this and USA game was absolutely ridiculously bad. Never seen anything like it in hockey. Hope you're happy for a win like this. Useless.
