Swedes looked really solid in this game. Wouldn't surprise me if they won it all despite their earlier struggles (and despite missing a few key people). And I'd be perfectly happy with that. I see that Mike Bossy - er, Oliver Wahlstrom - scored the Murican goal, so I'm sure that got Button all hot and bothered. Of course, Wahlstrom is clearly better than Bossy, so we shouldn't even be debating the matter.

If I were USA I’d keep the first PP unit out for the whole power play too , second unit is absolutely useless . I don’t see how the US were considered the favorite to win this tournament. We look terrible

They are playing like they just have to step on the ice and the other team will hand it to them... really flat bunch imo... Like I said the 2019 guys Hughes and Turcotte generate more than anyone else.. hm to Farabee but I certainly expected more out of them .. I thought they would dominate.

Big win for Finland vs Russia.
It's not bullshit difficult moments during the tournament makes team stronger.
And Finland really had difficulties vs Russia today especially in 2nd period.

Finland's team is really good there's no question on that.
But that improperness which causing idiotic penalties will kill us sooner than later if coaching staff can't hold any discipline in the team.

Finland has taken every preliminary round game lots of idiotic penalties which isn't allowed anymore in quarterfinals.
Finland needs to learn that they can't take this much penalties anymore if they really wanna win a medal in this tournament.

This Finnish team has quite talented and confident players. Gold medal in the realm of possibilities? Haven't watched any games of the Swedes, Canadians or yanks, though. Welp, they are always strong contenders, so - the Finns might end up fourth of the bunch. Not bad.
