Don't you think just maybe Chia has learned from his mistakes.... He's a human being. Unless all of you posters are geniuses and I'm somehow completely wrong? Seen the proposals on here? Pure Stupidity
A 50 point forward (once, 20 goals once) for arguably a top pairing D, and for sure a 2nd pairing D?I doubt it.
I think 10++ for Parayko and Klefbom out for a top six forward like Coyle.
They can package the 10th+40th+their pick for ROR. It works out for the Oilers, Blues and Sabres
Klefbom is gone if its for Parayko IMO..
10th + Klefbom for Parayko
This is what I'm thinking too. And I wonder if the Sabres would have interest in Sekera as a vet to help Dahlin. Something like 10+Sekera+Jones to Buffalo, ROR to StL and Parayko to Edm?Just a guess here. But would St Louis maybe look at this deal by sending the pick right to Buffalo for ORielly?
(Bleearghhhhfhh)...yes that was me throwing up. Seriously?10th + Pulji + Sekera -> Parayko

I dont think so
I'd be really surprised if we got Parayko without Draisaitl, or possibly Draisaitl +.
A GM who makes horrid trades doesn't get his team to win a cup or the playoffs in general. Just my opinionEhh.. he didn't learn from the Seguin trade, the Wheeler trade, the Hall trade, the picks for Reinhart trade, or the Eberle trade. Its not about Chiarelli being a human being, but more so of an incompetent GM who is absolutely horrid at trades.
Look at his history. Seguin trade. Hall trade. Griffin freakin' Reinhart (that's the one that burns me the most, personally but your mileage may vary). Do you truly think he has learnt anything substantive from history.. at all? I don't discount the stupidity of proposed trades but we're the fan base, we ruminate and spitball, etc... Chiarelli has not demonstrated anywhere near enough competence in the big strokes. He does ok in the small moves, college FA signings etc.Don't you think just maybe Chia has learned from his mistakes.... He's a human being. Job is on the line maybe? That Goatee? Who knowsChia never learned after all his other stupid trades where he gave up the best player in the deal. Why would he learn now?
From the sounds of it the pressure is on from above so he MIGHT not be able to do anything big without consulting his bosses firstLook at his history. Seguin trade. Hall trade. Except he has made significant horrible trades on this team that has left glaring holes throughout the roster along with overpaid contracts that have messed up the oilers cap space. I don't care what he did for the bruins.A GM who makes horrid trades doesn't get his team to win a cup or the playoffs in general. Just my opinion
Nothing scares me more than a bad GM with his job on the line.... It's nice for you to get desperate now Petw, after doing absolutely nothing last summer to fix our problems. Now we are gonna get shafted by a desperation deal.
Job is on the line maybe? That Goatee? Who knows
I swear I'm laughing my ass off at work right now reading these posts(Bleearghhhhfhh)...yes that was me throwing up. Seriously?
are you calling me an idiot or Chia..Idiot-Chia got screwed twice already trying to fix the blueline problems (Reinhart and Larsson trades). This will just be a repeat of that.
You sound like a Blues fan.(Bleearghhhhfhh)...yes that was me throwing up. Seriously?
