-Give Kovalev 100k plus expenses to be a mentor type to this kid
That doesn't even pay for one of Kovalev's fur coats.

I feel ya. I just don’t trust anything that coach or organization says about kravtsov. It's hilarious considering we're the beneficiaries, but big picture it's not a good look. Another example of his immaturity.
For heaven's sake, be an adult and let the coach/team know you're leaving. From his actions in Hartford to this, everything just screams petulance.

Glue him to Shesty for a while.
Why? Because they're both Russian?
Kravtsov and Buchnevich. Get them both outta here. Just when I think Buchnevich turned into something good, he turns back in a pile of manure. I guess this is why I always come back to keeping Kreider after I say I had enough. At least the oaf can stand in front of the net and screen the goalie.

Sergei Nemchinov would be a good mentor for Kravstov. Sarge’s daughter works for the Rangers as a translator. His daughter lives in Rye. JD knows Nemchinov from the 1990’s with the Rangers. When the Rangers traded Nemchinov to Vancouver, many people in the Rangers family cried including JD. Steve Sommers had him on to discuss the trade. John spent the first 5 minutes of the interview talking about what a great guy Nemchinov is and how much they will him.

Yes, yes, yes! What he said. ^^^Would be nice if they just sit him down with coach Knoblauch and Gorton and they just tell him how much they value him and that he has a bright future but that he has to trust the process and that everyone wants him to succeed and that he has every opportunity to do so and then you go from there.
I brought this up in a thread the other day....perfect match . I could not agree more . With all the money the Rangers have there should be no gaps in any part of the developmental system with regards to newcomers to NA ...especially kids who we are banking on .Sergei Nemchinov would be a good mentor for Kravstov. Serious question: other than Ovechkin/Malkin who are simply of another standard, what Russian has been outstanding as a teenager?
They seem to have a slower development curve in those leagues.
Yes.
