While that's true, I'm thinking that adding the player who is most likely to be the biggest help towards winning in the playoffs also satisfies the need for players that will help you make the playoffs in the first place. It's not like if you build your team with guys that all big playoff performers, you're going to suck in the regular season and miss ever year.

Anyways, I don't think it's really worth worrying about; who will help you the most can depend on who else you already have, and it's too early to forecast one guy as the best playoff performer 5 years from now, at least imo. We'll get a great player no matter where we land in the lottery.

3. zadina- forsberg like player... ( only need iprove skating).

4-5 tkachuk(not a chance hi is a boost) and walhstrom... i dont want D prospect- team dont need if EK stays.. we need top six player...


ours second pick(pens pick).. 22-30 first vitali kravstov :( but its utopia :d... oh pleasy dont pick C prospects : :D;d...
bokk maybe- kraut or D all -around , not offensivly...


p.s sorry bad engilsh , im from georgia.... but im big big fan senators.. :d.....maybe only in georgia :d...

If we don't get the top 2 picks. I want Zadina, Dobson,Hughes or Boqvist.

With our 2nd first I want Kravstov, Bokk, Ty Smith or Kotkianmeni.

I would be estatic with these.

What I'm steeling myself for is Tkachuck and Barrett Hayton.

I will be extremely happy with anyone of Dahlin Svech Zadina and Tkachuk

And I would trade the second 1st for a young top 4 or top 6 (e.g Domi) if possible

No Dahlin is taking time off
Svech is supposedly hurt and Barrie won't let him play (re U18) updated
Zadina is too old for U18 will likely be at the WC (updated)
Tkachuk is too old for U18 not likely for WC (updated)

I doubt it. I don't think any of them have received an invite yet.

Matthews playing in the WC in his draft year really was an exception to the rule - it's for the most part a tournament for adults, unless you're a star prospect from a middling hockey power.

Zadina is playing at the WC, received an invite as soon as the Moose were eliminated

Berggren will see his stock continue to rise as it has all year, Hat-Trick in the 3-1 Swedish win. Boqvist with an assist. CSS somehow dropped him on their final list, but their list is what it is every year.

Would be a great pick in the early 2nd, won't be there for our 3rd.

We have a 3rd? . Yah I noticed Berggren at the Hlinka. Good speed. Good motor. Really hustles.. Nice to see him get off to an eye opening start here.

Yeah, forgot we inexplicably swapped our pick in the Brassard trade, swapping our pick with Pittsburghs 2019...

We are heading into this draft without the #33 and #64 picks, Jesus Christ

There seems to be a lot of stats watching with Brady but the same could be said about Mittelstadt and well he looks like he is going to be real good
