This pretty much means that he doesn't want to be a part of the organization. Oh well. All the best to him and hope he gets a shot at the NHL elsewhere!!

Better pay in the KHL for a player of his caliber. Can't blame him.

Yesterday was a good day for Ranger prospects despite 1 of them not playing yet.

Nils Lundkvist played 9 minutes and 40 seconds in a 3-2 overtime win but he is at least back in the line-up following his ankle injury.
Calle Själin isn't playing as he is still recovering from the concussion he sustained last month but his team beat Mora in game 1 (5-3) of the best-of-7 to win promotion! We might see Själin in the SHL next season if they can hang on

Elmer figured in on both goals last night (1+1), but Lethbridge lost and is tied 2-2.

Gross has no points in 4 games. Keane is 0-2-2 in 4 games.

Cornell can Northeastern starting in a few minutes

Edit: on ESPNEWS channel if anyone gets that
Cornell up 1 5 minutes into the first, Barron not on the ice for the goal, but his line had a really good chance with Barron causing havoc in front of the net a few shifts before the goal

Barron took a hooking penalty, comes out of the box and joins the rush, sets up in front of the net and just missed getting his stick on a rebound with a wide open net

Barron takes another penalty, boarding this time, not close to the worst boarding call I’ve ever seen, but they’re reviewing if they’re going to give him a major or not

Edit: just a minor

Weird Davies looked hurt but is fine didn’t look like his head hit the glass at all.

Morgan is a big friggen kid. Looks like a pro our there. Not going to pretend I’ve seen a whole lot of this kid but he looks way bigger than he did a year ago.

Not sure he’s a center (he’s Cornell’s #1) when he turns pro seems to like to dish to his wingers and then go hard to the net as often as possible.

He’s played winger for most of his two college seasons so far, so it wouldn’t surprise me to see him play wing as a pro. And I think he was like 6’6” (edit: I lied, he’s like 6’2”, don’t know why that was stuck in my brain) or something when he was drafted, but he’s really bulked up since then

I am watching this game and tbh i love Barron and I think he can be an NHL player if he can get a little bit quicker. He is an insane forechecker and seems to use his body really really well. He has a big frame, looks very strong out there. Despite the two penalties, he has created offensive opportunities and has been really aggressive on the puck. Really impressed with this kid.

Yeah not the quickest guy but his skating is smooth. Needs to work on that. Forcheck beast for sure.

Believe he’s probably playing at 6’2 215 at least maybe bigger

He’s just so strong on the boards and agile he hopped around that guy then hard to the net.

Jaffe said he’s 6’3 now. He’s a horse. Def a winger imo but man oh man he’s just bigger and stronger than everyone on the rink. Winning pucks all over the ice
