Didn't you argue that scrubs on the Flyer's roster are Hextall's fault, not the coaches? So OTHER teams' coaches get input on who to sign and put on the roster, but Hack doesn't. How convenient. And Chicago has proven they love signing terrible contracts the last 3 or 4 years, so using them as a gauge is laughable.
If they want to shed cap, they can add a pick, not us
Personally, I want to keep Laughton as he is one of the few who can play C if an injury occurs. The Sharks apparently want to shed some cap, and we know Hextall wants to add a PK forward. So how about a trade of Laughton ($962,500 cap hit) + pick for Tierney (2,937,500 cap hit)? He was San Jose's leading PK forward.

Yes but I don't want Lehtera to be an option. Is Tierney not a C?
Yes but I don't want Lehtera to be an option.
I think he meant he’d rather trade someone else for Tierney so we’d be adding a C instead of merely swapping one for one.Swapping Laughton for Tierney doesnt change how many C's we would have though.
No you would be correct.I think he meant he’d rather trade someone else for Tierney so we’d be adding a C instead of merely swapping one for one.
Could be wrong though...
Unfortunately, we don't have any talented low cost players on the roster we could trade.
Which means either a fairly high draft picks (at least a 2nd and probably more) or a solid prospect.
Was this camp invite previously known? Egor Zamula.
Bonus points to whoever has really good eyes and can tell who all is in this picture.
His number should be $$Igor Zamula. I hope he makes it on the name alone
No Sanheim eh?
Lazy little entitled brat
Depending on your definitions of talented and low-cost, Weal could fit these criteria, as could Raffl. And if Tierney can be a skilled PK 1C while putting up comparable numbers, I would make someone like Aube-Kubel available for him.
