Any see Stevens' quote about Etem? Maybe he was just talking about preseason but sounds like hed be signed and be the 4th line winger with Thompson and either Clifford or Brodzinski.

Hard to tell with quotes sometimes. Like he mentions Thompson and Etem, and then it has him saying Thompson is another guy that gives you an element. What?

Nevertheless, Etem making the team has made more and more sense the more Vilardi doesn't play.
 
The tweet from Faust indicated that NHL network was going to show the game against Vancouver tomorrow. However, my channel guide says they are showing the Ducks-Sharks game.

Anyone know?
 
the Kings social media account replied to me that the 3rd jersey is coming soon for what it's worth or anyone wondering

Why the AWAY game against Vancouver with less pro's than the HOME game we have against Vegas with 70% of our actual roster?
 
I just wanted people to know that while Matt Nieto is from Long Beach, so is Emerson Etem. Don't ever say his name without including that tidbit. On a side note, I didn't realize that Etem was a complete bust and was already out of the league.

I know the guy who designs the Kings jerseys and lettering, and very often his ideas are vetoed or modified by team management, and believe it or not, the league. He gets a lot of “you can’t do this, you can’t do that.” So he doesn’t have much free reign when it comes to colors, especially. So as long as team management (I imagine that means mostly Luc) is still in love with the black/white theme, we’re not likely to get much variation from gray-based designs when it comes to alternates or special event jerseys. Personally I’m getting bored as **** with the black/white/gray stuff of recent years, but it’s going to take a big change of heart in team management before we see anything really different in the way of colors and design.
 
God what a boring league to not allow more colors in jerseys, especially the white color road jersey rule
