I never eat KFC, but last weekend we were driving by one on the way home from my son's hockey game, and my wife said how about KFC for something different. We got one of the "family meals", bucket of extra crispy tenders, sides of potato wedges and mac & cheese, and another side of biscuits.

I don't know what they use for meat, but it was delicious. The only side effect was a minor heart attack afterwards...no big deal.

I used to like KFC but it's got the single worst counter help I've ever encountered

They must advertise if you don't give a **** please apply

It's not the chicken isn't very chickenish it's the service

F minus

This one was fine, and we got a kick out of the girl at the driveup. I couldn't remember if I had specified the "extra crispy" or not, so I asked when we got to the window. She looked at me with disbelief and said:

"Honey, the chicken is ALWAYS extra crispy at this KFC."

I was like...Alrighty then

What is the breakdown of the bucket? Do you know? I hate dark meat. Only like breasts.

If only...

As you know, the Bruins "accumulated" a grand total of 0 point against the Ontario teams this year, in 7 games.

So here's an adjusted standing (accouting for the number of games played) before Monday's night games (and Toronto just scored 3 goals in less than a minute :help:):
TOR: 93.4 points
OTT: 93.4 points
BOS: 92 points

Had the Bruins maintained a 0.500 record (that is 7 more points) against those teams, here is how the standing would look like:
BOS: 99 points
OTT: 90.36 points
TOR: 89.36 points

Toronto has a rough schedule coming up, we don't have a ton to worry about as long as Ottawa's depleted lineup keeps losing. I don't expect us to come out as the A2, but it's certainly possible and dare I even say likely with how we're looking recently.

I think it was a local KFC in the 80's that the term "extra biscuits" garnered you an ounce of weed as discovered by the local constabulary.

If the Bruins should lose the next two in regulation then beat Washington they would have 94 points

Could they still miss?

Yes, If Tampa wins out they get to 96.

If the Bruins lose tomorrow in regulation they're probably 50/50

They are 1 point in back of Toronto who has 2 in hand

They are tied with Ottawa who has 2 in hand

They are 2 points up on Tampa who has a game in hand

I feel like it gets decided tomorrow.

If they don't take care of business against Tampa, I think they'll end up dropping all 3 and miss.

It should be a good one. I guess I should be content if we just make the playoffs but it would be nice to have a chance to win a round , really don't want to face the Caps.

Just win tonight in regulation and then we can worry about playing either Toronto or Washington - I think Ottawa is unlikely at this point.

A regulation loss tonight means I buy stock in Maalox :help:
