Yeah I figured the Jets would have a better chance of getting more wins down the stretch than the Oilers so pick up all the Oiler points possible.
Then I realized the Oilers are beating the Jets with only 5 D, yikes, Jets not so good either.
Maybe a 3 point game is best.

yeah they lost a defencemen, Davidson one of their better defenders today. Just be grateful if they pick up any points

honestly - it doesn't bug me (more so because we have less of them now). but for the most part Bozak isn't that bad. I'd still remove him when given a chance but if he's the last remaining - it won't bug, only because it helps insulate the players a touch more. (and it's like what? one more year?)

i'd rather have someone on the team that I don't like and they can provide a little something vs. a Clarkson who doesn't provide ANYTHING - or... you know where I'm going with this

The Oilers win in regulation was basically the 2nd best result for that game so I'll take it. An OT win would have been perfect, but I'm not going to be greedy at this stage . I'll wait for the draft lotto to ask for everything!

Considering the games at hand we really did need the Oilers to win. When we have to win all those games at hand to catch the Oilers I'm good with that situation. In the end we're talking about the worst teams in the leagues. Wins will be tough to come by for all of them.
