Kapanen has been hot since the WJC.

Hopefully we see the same trend as Nylander last year. Get close to PPG by the end of the season and explode in the AHL next season.

Things have gotten really sloppy. Unfortunately it coincides with the many player changes - some traded - some called up - some back from injury.

He has done an excellent job with the revolving door of players this year.

But I think he sees danger ahead as the games get more serious for the teams they play for the rest of the season.

I have been happy with Keefe for most part. Dont agree with everything he does but he has been good.

Keefe has been saying Marlies need to play better and there is another level they can get too.

Findlay has two ES goals.

Just put this guy on the top line in every remaining games versus St. John's. Problem solved.

Now I want Willy to get a point so he can tie Rantanen and quiet some fools down.

Just looked up that McDougall guy they were talking about. 26 goals, 26 assists for 52 points in 16 games in the Calder Cup playoffs in 1992-93. Damn.

That is bizarre! Just looked him up myself. Wasnt even the top scorer on the team in the regular season, and then doubles up the second highest scorer in the playoffs!

Is it too dangerous to go into that Nylander vs. someone thread, after 2 pointless games in a row for Bustlander vs. a team they've struggles against all season even with a full lineup ?

Nylander vs. x threads are always too dangerous. Venture into them at your own peril...

His timing seems a little off, not giving the crisp tape to tape passes. He had a few chances that normally would have been sniped in the corners, but he's not picking them quite yet.

Next game he'll probably get 4 points.

No doubt in my mind Kapanen will be a quality NHL player.

Loving his progression.

Well, it's not all about points either. We all know he can score and make plays, and he'll get back to racking up points soon enough.

Sometimes you have to focus on the finer details to beat a team. I listened to the game on the radio. It sounded like Nylander did a great job of forechecking and his line gave the opposition a handful even though he didn't score. He was still an important part of the win.

I don't pay attention to the Leafs prospects in the the main prospects board to save myself the anger.

Some troll leaf fans post nonsense and every other team rips them as busts and overrated, so why bother?
