2016 LA Kings Offseason GDT IV

how many bottom pairing D does one team need? And it is being reported by Mirtle that we are NOT buying out Greene
 
I remember Gilbert on Oilers would hate going to the corners because he was afraid of getting hit against us. Don't like the signing, but the NHL is getting soft. Oh well, its only for a 1 Year
 
There's no reason to buy out Greene if we aren't going to sign any high cost free agents anyway. If you don't need the cap space why take the 4 year hit instead of 2? We can always buy him out next year or try to trade him.
 
Neither Green or Gilbert should be in the lineup.

Give Gravel or Forbort a chance.

Top 4 is
Doughty - McNabb
Muzzin - Martinez

If the bottom pairing is Greene-Gravel or Gilbert Gravel, they better play 4-5 minutes a night.
 
I may be in the minority but I would have preferred Schenn on a 5/6 over Greene or Tom Gilbert.

I didn't even know Gilbert and his hair was still playing. Eek.
 
I think Lombardi is pissed at the team and isn't going to help them with a big signing. He wants them to dig themselves out of their own hole for once.

I would've rather had Schenn over Gilbert/Greene as well.

I wouldnt be upset with Schenn resigning either. he's like a mini Greene that is a little less developed

It takes a lot to make me worry but paint me worried, especially if it means Forbort is on the move and Gravel is going to have a hard time getting in .
 
The Gilbert signing makes absolutely no sense. I would rather we keep McBain around as a depth defenceman; at least we know what his strengths and weaknesses are and he is decent to play 8 minutes a game if someone is injured.

Starting to really look like a down year.

Well Scuds will most likely end up in Ontario.

I'm really disappointed we couldn't land Campbell or Hamhuis. Campbell especially because he didn't cost very much.

Our fall from grace just continues to go lower...
