I've seen fair amount of those :D

Some team from Bolzano, Italy, red-white-yellow jersey and green helmets, looks like they're wearing olives up there, seems fitting though.

Remember when Seguin played over in a Swiss league and he wore a helmet with flames on it because he was the leading scorer?

So at least we don't have that!

All of these teams right in the thick of things this postseason have a tough guy rolling on their 4th line.

McLeod and Watson for Nashville.
Reaves for St. Louis.
Martin for Toronto.
Wilson for Washington.
Kassian for Edmonton.
Boll for Anaheim.

The Bruins need to get a guy like this.

Sobotka just made a great play.....that could have been tragic.

Edmonton makes me jealous with Kassian, Looch and Maroun.

It's like the 2011-2015 Bruins, where just about every shift of the game they had the toughest guy on the ice.

Yay, local news cut in for a weather update so I don't have to hear the Volkswagen commercial for the 2974th time

Blues bringing it in the last couple minutes despite being badly outshot this period

Ugggh.

3-1 Preds.

Hate to harp on it, but the turning point was the non call(s) vs. Subban on Steen.

Ridiculously bad officiating there, put St. Louis behind the 8-ball.

Empty net with over four minutes left, down by two. Patrick Roy, is that you?

I don't disagree about the officiating, but St. Louis had their chances to win this game.

Well Jimmy Hayes fits the bill, but he doesn't get the system

The worst is the (I think) Swiss idea - adopted by the Champions Hockey League as well - that the top scorer of each team should wear a different (inverted, pretty much) jersey than the rest of the team, not rarely more similar to the opposing team than his own. All this with tonnes of ads as well, of course. Awful. Apparently in Switzerland they wear flames on their jerseys and helmets as well.

Edit: And then I read the rest of the thread and see that it's been brought up

Agreed. Just frustrating to watch such obviously awful penalties happen and the ref simply chooses to take the easy way out.

Yep, i wanted to watch few CHL games but the atmosphere and overall feel was very off, dull and sort of meaningless. So far at least, they might build something in the future.

Getting offtopic here but speaking of flames on jerseys, check KHL team Severstal Cherepovets' jersey, although it makes sense there since we are talking about heavy industrial town full of chimneys and everything.
