No Anderson and Kylington among top8 D and no Kovacs among top15 F are surprises. But speaks about the depth.
No Kovacs or Andersson were the big surprises. Grönborg went full Grönborg with that D-group.
I think (and hope) that those guys will be left off.
I'm also worried that Timashov might be one of the two forwards since Grönberg hasn't exactly been his biggest fan earlier. But I don't see a point in bringing a NA player in and then ditch him just before the tournament so perhaps there's no need to be worried.
Swedes will focus on USA and Canada, not Finland.Sweden won't beat Finland, no matter how much William bites his mouthguard.![]()

Well he basically said a fews weeks ago that Andersson would not make the team. So no surprise, but weird,espcially since Kylington didnt make the team either.
0-10
Last year, U18.
2 years ago?Last year Finland win Silver U-18 and U-20 is just different level and we have huge talent in Forward Rantanen, Laine, Pulju, Aho, Kapanen, Nättinen, Hinz, one of the best Goalies Vehviläinen and Kähkönen and very competent defence Juolevi, Saarijärvi, Tuulola, Mikkola. So it would be nice to see what happens when we play against.

You want a game from this year perhaps? Let's see...
6-3 to Sweden. U20. Quarterfinal. In Air Canada Centre. January 2.
No way William Nylander is 77kg, he was up to 189 (85.7) during the AHL playoffs and then said he gained more weight over the offseason, likely going up to around 195(88) which is heavier than half the people on the big list.Big:

Is Kylington going to join the team later?
I don't want Holmström/Lindblom anywhere close to Nylander this tournament. All those flubbed chances still gives me nightmares. With the roster out I'd probably have it;
A. Nylander - W. Nylander - Timashov
Lindblom - Holmström - Kempe
Asplund - Eriksson Ek - Vejdemo
Olofsson - Forsbacka - Lööke
Grundström
on paper at least, I would replace Kempe therePP1:
W. Nylander - Forsling
Lindblom - Holmström - Kempe
too bad hockey is played with only one puck lolWith the roster out I'd probably have it;
A. Nylander - W. Nylander - Timashov
