Culled from a whole bunch of sources, here is my consolidated Bluesfest rumour list:

- Tim McGraw
- Foo Fighters
- Billy Joel
- Florida Georgia Line
- Fall Out Boy
- Jane's Addiction
- Walk the Moon
- Rod Stewart
- Blue Rodeo
- Sloan
- Morrissey
- Bastille
- NKOTB
- Nelly
- TLC
- Interpol (July 18th)

One thing I noticed perusing band dates on Pollstar is that a metric ton of bands are in Europe during the Bluesfest period this year.

Wow, Propagandhi is actually playing an outdoor festival. Of course it's on "**** Sponsors Night!".

What a GOAT line-up. Slayer, Bad Religion, Refused, Melvins, Propagandhi, Dillinger, Descendents, Carcass...
Great lineup for sure, refused re-united and most importantly, carcass!!

It's such a unique experience there too, a must experience. Every yard jammed with tents, open booze throughout the town for the weekend, just a great time.

Billy Talent, Rise Against and Gaslight Anthem playing London, ON on July 18th.

Seems like a pretty obvious group for Bluesfest. Especially as Gaslight Anthem pulled out of FolkFest last year.

Tragically Hip are in the area around Bluesfest too and it seems funny that they are scheduled to play every town in Canada on this tour except Ottawa (so far).

July 11th soundgarden are in Kitchener. Probably a good chance they play ottawa bluesfest. When they played a few years ago it was hands down one of the best performances that has played the festival.

Honest question, what does Matt Cameron do when Pearl Jam and Soundgarden are both on tour at the same time?

I lot of travelling  I'm just guessing here but I don't think they ever tour at the same time anymore. Soundgarden doesn't do a ton of shows anymore.

The rumor/slight sense of credibility is that he has an open period in his schedule that fits bluesfest.

Hope so. I am debating whether to go to the Syracuse show on the 20th of this month, would rather see him here. He is on my bucket list, a must for any piano player.

This line up is weak. Foo fighters I may go see but most are repeats or vanilla...

Yeah same for me.

I think I've almost every band on the list, well the Alt ones anyway, not a big country fan.

Walk the Moon, is about the only one I haven't seen, that Shut up and Dance song gets embedded in my head every time I hear it. LOL

Keep in mind there is around 200 bands so don't judge the fest on the rumors of 12.

Yeah I get that, but the headliners are what attract people. The rest, while they are nice to find out about, once you are on the grounds aren't the ones that will sell the tickets.

Well every year there are always headliners that come out of nowhere and surprise even the biggest rumourmongers. Collective Soul and The Band Perry in 2014, RUSH Weezer and Bjork in 2013, etc...

Safe to say there will be a couple of headliner surprises. As it stands, even if all the rumors shake out, we don't have enough headliners.

Foo Fighters
Billy Joel
Tim McGraw
Blue Rodeo
Tragically Hip
NKOTB

Yeah they could definitely surprise and they usually do with one or two acts. It will be interesting, I'll definitely go to a few days.
