Zucker very clearly has a hand injury that has been hampering him the last couple weeks. Highly doubt he comes, though I agree he would be a good fit on the big ice.

Charlie Coyle or perhaps Jordan Schroeder (played on Olympic sheet at the U of MN) would be good alternatives when the Hawks officially put us out of our misery

I'm starting to think we're a team that plays to the level of our competition: didn't show up against Norway or Belarus (so far) but showed up against Finland and Russia. This team doesn't have enough talent to keep doing that in this tournament. Hopefully they can come back in the 3rd otherwise we're going to piss away the #1 seed from our group.

It's hard to fault Campbell on any of the goals today but he hasn't made a big save either. He moves around way too much and it takes him off his angles, there's no calmness to his game anymore.

To the tournament or to the final 40 games of the season?
 
That stunk.

However, I'm excited to see that stat sheet today. At one point the announcer said that Seth Jones was leading the team in T.O.I, with like 15 min or something, but right before that I thought to myself "man Jones has been invisible today". I don't think he had that "big impact" on the game that we're used to seeing.

Man I love Eichel's skill and smarts, that penalty he took to make it on a 5-3 killed us, but hey he did have two assists.
 
I would like to thank Belarus for telling the US team that Hellebuyck will be the starter and that Richards should know by now that Gardiner should not see the ice for the Quarterfinals.

One thing you can't do as against the older vets, for a goalie, is go down to earlier cause they will snipe it over your shoulder.

Regroup and get the win manana.

Yeah, breakaways aside, he did not make a save when we needed it today.
