Do you have a link on Nelson? I can't find anything.
Nelson/Lee are good adds (needed, too) but it would close the door on Tyler Johnson. In the grand scheme of things it's better that the Lightning advance anyway because Johnson is the only reason they haven't been eliminated already so he deserves to advance in the playoffs. He'll rep Team USA next summer anyway at the World Cup.

The forward group is obviously a concern, and I'd like to add a veteran goalie-but the defense looks solid and there is some talent up front.

He was there and they sent him home, i think they want to make sure he stays healthy he was just in the U18 worlds like a week ago.
