Gotta say, I overindulge in reading other teams' boards but the Philly draft thread is pretty great when we selected Milano. With the Hartnell trade and us taking Milano, I don't think too many Philly fans are happy with the CBJ about now. I very much like it.

Did anyone else notice the booing when they announced the CBJ picking next? I swear, we weren't quite on the Pittsburgh level, but we were definitely booed louder than New Jersey!

I do see that Rob Mixer has reported that Jarmo is going to try to move up "into the 30's" because there are still a "couple of targets" remaining on CBJ's board

Wennberg, Milano, Rychel, Dano, Bjorkstrand, Anderson, Zaar, Chaput, Tynan, Hjalmarsson.. adding Barbashev would be great, but honestly.. we still are pretty stacked with prospects even if we don't get him. I would absolutely love to add him though. Here's to hoping we can trade up and nab him!

Nikita Scherbak, for anyone interested ... kid has great character and wants to be an NHLer. This guy would have been in my top-3 of wants for the 16th pick, with who was on the board.

Someone turned down 31st, 39th, and 49th? Had to have been someone in the top half of the 1st round. No ****ing way someone towards the end of the 1st round rejects that offer..
