The best thing about this draft: Maybe the Blues management will realize how some pretty good things can happen on draft day when you actually have picks in the first rounds. So maybe they won't trade them away for marginal upgrade rentals at the trade deadline.

Lol no. Not unless it's Polak and Berglund, which seems unlikely, as only Polak was mentioned. Probably a mid level prospect that will never make the NHL.

I agree. He's been asked to do too much at times in Toronto, but there is no doubt he is a good second pairing player. Surprised that Toronto added.

Yeah, that works. Gunnerson isn't great but his is a defensive defenseman who is mobile and can pass. Can play powerplay, although not ideal. No physical game though. Uses his stick.
