Heard of that place. I watched a lot of travel food shows when I actually had TV. I don't watch a lot of TV but my dad and I watched like every new episode of Anthony Bourdain's No Reservations.
I am lactose intolerant and lactaid kinda sorta helps, but that place was WELL worth it. Definitely hitting it up again when I head back to Philly again this coming season.
doing about 30 minutes of prospect and stat reading around where the kings might draft in the first round, and the kid that stands out to me on paper and a bit on the youtube highlights is
ROLAND MCKEOWN

right handed 2-way puck moving D with a good shot. 6ft1. 186.
I have zero knowledge about this draft class but just wanted to throw another name out there.
He has been well discussed here and I agree, he would be a great selection for us if available. There are a few more solid D that could be available should we decide to go that way. Another thing about McKeown is that he is a very high character kid.
I'm just a foodie. I want to travel the world to eat its food. Food is one of those things that describes local cultures so well. And I've never had a REAL Philly cheesesteak. Excited for my first.
Captain of Canada's U18 team this year. My #3 D in this year's draft. I'd be happy with him at 29, but I doubt he lasts that long.
Man I really want Connor Bleackley. Looks like a perfect fit for the organization. Plays center and wing. Just hope he falls to us since I see him being selected just right before our pick.

I saw some write up about him that there is concern about something about him...just did a search and I cannot find it. He is captain as well. Who knows. In Dean and Futa and Yanetti we trust!
I think Bleackley is going to be gone before the Kings can get to him. Just my gut feeling. A lot of people like his skillset. Part of the reason why I rolled Quenneville. In our HF staff mock draft he was taken I think 2-3 picks before ours. If he is still available I think that's a solid pick.
I am likewise a foodie and this is beautifully put.

No kidding haha. Not sure how much he'll be allowed to release (actual list of just tiers grouped or what) but having DC at 11 he already said I am dying for this.
EDIT: Also nki has an unreal deep list up on prospects board. I disagree with some of it obviously, but it's incredibly well researched and well done.
Hey guys. I just finished a 2 round mock draft as the LA Kings. I wasn't sure what your team needs were but I wanted to see what you guys thought about my picks.
1(26)* - Dylan Larkin
2(60) - Warren Foegele
*The first round selections were drawn up before the end of the conference finals which is why i picked 26th.
I see Dylan Larkin as an LAK type of player and definitely see him as a safe pick to play somewhere in the lineup down the road. That's why I reached a bit with the second pick but Foegele could be a steal if you give him time to develop which I believe you guys can.
I think most here would be very happy with Larkin, doubt he lasts to our pick in real life though.
A fun trip down memory lane of previous Kings draft selections:
2003:
Imagine if they picked Corey Perry with one of those 2 picks...
Perry, Bergeron, Eriksson, Weber all picked within 20 picks after. Easy to look back but man.... which two would you have picked?
