New longest field goal record set in the NFL today.
The Denver Broncos' Matt Prater kicked the 64-yard field goal.

NFL was entertaining with the snow games. Especially the Eagles - Lions game. Surprised McCoy put up 200+ yards in that mess.

The Bears continue to somehow fail their way into playoff contention...

The Ravens-Lions game should be noteworthy tonight. At the very least, it'll have postseason implications. ... And I have no idea who's going to win.

Sorry if this has been posted earlier, but do any of you know if there is an NFL equivalent of capgeek?

Go Cards. Surprising win still hanging in there.

B more got blown out by the Pats, that was hard to watch.
Also, Peyton with the TD record for himself.
Also also, did anyone watch that movie on tsn last night, SEC Stories: The Book of Manning, gave me some new perspective on their family, and their father. Very cool, very interesting and strong group of people, have a newfound respect for them. Always thought they were your typical southern silver spoon fed ******* republican family. Not the case in the slightest.

Yup, I watched it a while ago, it was a great piece. Arhcie is a pretty interesting person and father. Also seemed like Eli was forgotten for most of his life. He has done pretty good.

Great to see Peyton take that record from Brady.

Awesome game in Chicago. Happy to see packers in the post season. San Diego also made it.
Just one more game eagles are in Dallas should be interesting though the cowboys are without Romo. My money's on the Eagles

Orton INT with the game on the line was very "Romo-esque". What a brutal throw.

I like that Philly is in the playoffs I think they will be a team that can upset a few teams if they can play relatively good defense.

So being a Steelers fan I thought I had no chance at seeing my team in the playoffs, especially after hearing what kind team KC was putting out there. In the end I don't know who to say "shame on you" to. Succup for not being able to kick a 41 yarder or SD for needing OT for that game.

I think KC did everyone a favour in letting SD get that game. PIT in the playoffs could've been dangerous. Anytime they get in they are a team to watch.

Side note; Houston, Washington and Atlanta all teams expected to make the playoffs now receive some pretty good picks. Do these 3 teams take full advantage of this and get back into the playoffs next year?

Tim Tebow beat the Steelers a couple year ago with a 7-9 team....they are old and past their prime
GB, on the other hand, is very dangerous...Rogers is back and got a home game is a cold Lambeau field...if they get by the Niners, I can see them going all the way
Orton with another heartbreaking INT for the 'Boys :(

I know I'm cutting it tight as the NFL playoffs kick off in under an hour.
But let's make some predictions!
Last season I made a lot of "save predictions and was very wrong. I'll probably be pretty wrong again this year but at least for this week I'm choosing a bunch of "under dogs"

NFL Playoff Predictions:
Chiefs beat the Colts
Saints beat the Eagles
Bengals beat the chargers
Packers beat the 49ers
