No problem, I've had a soft spot for you guys since Scotty Neidermayer, Patrick Elias and Brodeur ofc, were in your team. Also when Gomez wasn't crap and Gionta was a 40 goal scorer

I hope we do. Our boys are young and the fruits of our labour are finally showing up. One night we can hold the fort and feel like an army of men controls the team. The next time we recede back and it feels like high school kids are playing

Hope kovy comes back for you guys soon and help that PP. I watch games from time to time and you guys seem off in the PP for sure.
Our PP has been a mess the whole season man! Then again it's been kinda bad for like 11 years now! I think our PP success rate is skewed by a bunch of 5 on 3 goals that we scored earlier in the season. It's looked alright without Kovy at times, but it is usually better with him.

Kovy is usually at the point isn't he? I am not sure I watch sporadically so I apologize if I am getting it wrong.

Yeah he usually starts out on the point, but he'll roam around. I remember game 6 of last years series against Florida. He somehow ended up in front of the net! And he scored too!

Ah awesome, well all the best!

Last question before I part, has josefson improved his skill? I know many were high on tedenby, and so was I at times but I always thought Josefson would be the better of the two. Is he projecting to be the second line skilled center still?

Josefson is likely never going to be a top 6 player..he just doesnt have the ability to finish needed for that role. he is already sound defensively though so I think a 3rd line center is probably his ceiling

Josefson first off is looking like he will be better then Tedneby. His skating and defense is solid , however he is not very good offensively. Hes a decent playmaker, but cant score to save his life. Looking more like a very good 3rd liner instead of a second liner.

I'll trade you Merrill for Gardiner ;)

Only if you add in Clarkson for Kessel :sarcasm:

Yeah Josefson probably won't be more than a third liner, but that's fine cause we have 2 good top 6 centers already, and possibly 3 capable ones if Loktionov can prove to stick in a top 6 role.

Ah okay. Thanks for the intel folks! Appreciate it. Who knows maybe down the line he'll change it up. I think Andrei might be a surprise for you guys and he sure shows flashes of it.

Also, Touche Devil Trap.

Josefson needs to improve his skating and also bulk up to prevent injury.

If the Leafs beat NY tomorrow night, let us win on Monday night, and then beat Washington, the Islanders and Ottawa, I will have a soft spot in my heart for them.

I dont hate the Leafs either. Some of their fans are annoying, but I have no problem with them. Rather them get in then the Islanders Rangers Flyers

I don't mind Leafs fans. The homers on the trade board are lunatics, but the majority of them share my sense of humour. Bitter, sarcastic, and more than a little cynical.

Good. Now that I have your trust. Give me Larsson and Josefson. :sarcasm:

I think half the Devils board would give you Josefson for free right now, he's been a whipping boy this season.

Not me though, I still have faith in Yayo.

Voracek.. awesome, hopefully Philly can hang on and help us out

They win and they are what, two points behind NYI?

Three, with one extra game to play.

We most definitely want Philly to win this game. For us to make the playoffs, we need to start winning regardless of what happens around us. And if we start winning, Philly won't pass us.

Agree that a PHI win tonight is the .. best scenario.
