If they play Markstrom in the next game maybe they have a chance but I doubt it, they were frigging dominated in the game Markstrom stole for them against the Rangers, I doubt that happens twice.

Our games excepted, the only possible loss I see for the Rangers is tomorrow at Buffalo. The Staal brothers aren't going to be interested in knocking Marc's team out of the playoffs by the time they play Carolina.

semin might come to play. he always does well against them, but i am not expecting anything. like i said, the devils really can only help the jets at this point. expecting the rangers to collapse with the **** they are playing is kind of silly.

too bad the devils season were those games down in florida. they were playing poor prior to that, but those games broke the camel's back. all confidence was lost.

Jets keep flirting with giving this game up. Went up 2-0...then it was 2-1, then they went up 3-1 now it is 3-2. Will not be shocked if they get pulled to OT again.

Big Gio scored two goals tonight on the Tampa Bay Tempur-Pedic Ben Bishop, like it was nothing. Just shot it past the Hindenburg.

Speaking of Big Gio I just saw this commercial a few minutes ago on NHL Network. Some commercial for the Canadiens it was one of those because it's the cup commercials. It featured a few of their players, and showed Gio scoring a goal in the Canadiens uniform only the audio was Steve saying ''Scar! Gionta!'' and the Prudential Center goal horn was going off too. The call for the goal on the audio was obviously not the same as the clip they were showing. It could have even been Steve announcing a Baby Gio goal.

By the way the Sharks are beating up on the Wild 4-1 now.

The Wild don't look that impressive. I thought Pominville would make them better, but he hasn't been much of a factor yet. They haven't scored many more goals than us this year as a team.

God now 5-1 from Pavelski. Two goals in like 10 seconds. Backstrom is getting the hook, but none of the goals have really been on him.

They probably will. I'm quite enjoying watching this huge beatdown the Sharks are putting on them tonight. I'm being more forgiving of Zach now, but as long as we're garbage then I want his team to be too. I hope they fall to 8th cause Chicago can probably rip them apart, but I think they can give Anaheim some problems. Anaheim's goalie controversy, and other stuff has me not being too high on them for the playoffs.

the ducks beat them in all 3 games this season.

their best match up would be playing the canucks.

I think the Canucks will drop them. Would be fun to see them choke out, and get passed by Detroit and seeing them finish in 9th.

The main reason the Wild could make the playoffs is because they were in a pretty weak division. They faced the likes of Calgary, Edmonton, Colorado most of the time and a struggling Vancouver team at the start of the season moreover. It's going to be a short playoffs campaign for Minnesota.

They're still not a very high scoring team. The acquisition of Parise has limped them into a playoff spot. Suter as well since he brings a lot of offense.

for those of you who still think we have a shot (I don't), tonight we root for Buffalo to win in regulation.

if the Rangers get even a point I think it turns the lights out.

Rags need to go 1-3-1 or 0-2-3 so any kind of loss tonight helps us, but a regulation loss would be best. They can also go 1-2-2 I believe, but then we have to get all ROW wins.

I think Heatley could be traded. Maybe not though.

Rangers/Sabres is on NHL Network, and I have to watch it with slobbering Jeanneret. UGH!
