They started the season not much worse than us, and by that I mean their lineup. Then almost half the team got injured. Combine that with a beer league coach + a beer league backup goaltender that he likes to play and it's a real recipe for disaster.
Not being biased because I hate the guy but both goals were incredibly soft. If he allowed that first one he shouldn't allow that second one. First one he didn't know how to hug a post. Second beat him clean through the 7 hole with no screen or deflection from the circle at a bad angle, and he got a piece of it.

At least we haven't lost with Crapper in net. YET!
Because Markstrom gave up like 5 goals in a little over a period to the Isles the other night. Most of them were not his fault, but they put Crapper in. He didn't allow any goals because the Isles pretty much took their foot off the gas and just closed them out. Dineen also switches goalies every game if they give up too many. You saw him in the playoffs when he pulled Theodore in game 3 even though he didn't allow any goals, and then the team played like a bunch of ******* with Crapper in net.

Clemmensen is ****ing trash. As amazing as the Devils run was last year, it may have never got off the ground if it weren't for Clemmensen and the brutal goal he gave up Zajac to force game 7.
Anyways, Florida is essentially handing the game to the Rangers by playing this stiff.

Hope they don't do this to them again next week. Damn though they are in true tank mode though. Yuck. Why I don't like tanking. One day someone else's tank is going to ruin your day.

I don't know about that. Remember that idiot Dineen played Clemmensen over Theodore in a bunch of playoff games last year. Including a game where Theodore was coming off a shutout. I wouldn't underestimate Dineen's idiocy.

The goal he allowed to Bernier in the 1st period that game was even more pathetic. I thought the Zajac winner went off Kulikov's stick cause he was diving on the play and I was a few rows behind Clemmensen and thought it did, but the replay showed it didn't. It was just a pathetic garbage goal to allow when your team has a chance to eliminate the opponent.

Think I'd be ok with a Peg win tonight. Rags pretty much HAVE to lose Saturday. I don't see them dropping two to both the Canes and Florida in one week. I can see them dropping one of those two though.

If they play Markstrom in the next game maybe they have a chance but I doubt it, they were frigging dominated in the game Markstrom stole for them against the Rangers, I doubt that happens twice.
Our games excepted, the only possible loss I see for the Rangers is tomorrow at Buffalo. The Staal brothers aren't going to be interested in knocking Marc's team out of the playoffs by the time they play Carolina.

POS Scott Clemmensen their beer league goalie is what happened. He was terrible on goals 1 and 2. I can only imagine what he looked like the rest of the game. I saw the third goal and it wasn't his fault, but 1 and 2 were a joke. At least we won't see Crapper on Saturday.
