Honestly, I'm starting to watch more EC games simply because they're so much more entertaining than WC games.

Me too. Flyers/Habs is entertaining. Not the cycle/grind/defensive garbage the majority of the western conference teams do. (including our Sharks).

Habs are fun to watch. So are the Sens (although less so without Spezza/Karlsson), Panthers, Flyers, Penguins, and Islanders.

Even the Jets and Leafs are too. My dream for the Sharks is fast and physical. Which won't happen since they don't move their ******* feet.

**** physical, I just want fast, crisp passing. Leafs are actually fun to watch too, and the Jets aren't bad either. Only EC team I don't enjoy watching are NJ, Boston, Washington, and maybe Buffalo.

N.J. is bad because that arena has no atmosphere despite a very good team. it saddens me watching teams executing breakouts, forechecking, taking risks. Tuesday will the Blues and Sharks taking turns icing the puck til the Blues get a lead.

I'm not even going to watch that game. Not only will it be boring as ****, but the Sharks will get dominated again. It would just make ma angrier.

Yeah I don't know if I can take sloppy passes and puck watching. I'll give it a period.

You have more patience than I.

Man, the Flyers had a horrid off-season. They lost Matt Carle (a huge part of their breakout strategy), James van Riemsdyk, and Jaromir Jagr, and replaced them with Luke "pylon" Schenn, Ruslan Fedotenko, and Mike Knuble. Combined with the injury to Hartnell, they look real awful. Holmgren tore apart a great team in one off-season.

Also, the Habs are really good. They ended up so high in the draft due to injuries and a lot of bad luck. I actually think they'll be in the playoffs.

The Habs are a solid team....could use a little size at center and on D but they are skating circles around the Flyers. Philly is a mess.

Yeah, Flyers are an absolute mess. Giroux and Couturier both look awful. Brayden Schenn is their best player right now.

But the Habs are 10th in Fenwick Close. I think they make the playoffs easily and maybe even win a round.

The Habs also have a top 5 goalie in Carey Price. Interesting Lars Eller is skating on the 4th line..he needs a change.

Yeah, Habs are badly mis-using Eller. Kid's an above average #3C right now and I think he could be a solid #2C in the future.

Sheppard-Eller-Wingels would be an ideal 3rd line. All can skate and play physical and are defensively responsible.

Some Habs fans are interested in Clowe for Eller. If we decided to give up on the playoffs at the deadline and couldn't get a first rounder for Clowe, I'd love this, and it seems like it'd be helpful for both parties.

It'd be ideal since the only way Clowe comes back is for less money and a reduced role. I love the guy for his fire and intensity but hes more suited for a 3rd line role. The last few years his fitness level and general uneven play has really fallen off.

What a crap call on the Bourque goal, elbows Voracek while he was on a partial breakaway with an open net and gets a free goal.

Mm, didn't see it. I believe you though.

Also, how good is Taylor Hall? He's easily the best of the Oilers young guns, I don't understand how HF thinks Eberle is better.
