If the Flyers decide to fire Laviolette, I think he'd be a good choice for Sharks' coach, neh?

I already asked Flyers' fans in their Fire Lavi thread if they wanted to switch coaches.
He might not be a good coach for the sharks, but he'd be a fun coach. Niemi's numbers would suck though.

 What did they say? We have too much talent to play this stupid as **** defensive style. Lavy would open it up, it'd at least be entertaining.

I was ignored. :(

Little do we know, our so-called "scouts" in Philly were really watching Laviolette. :naughty:

I sure hope so. ;)

Maybe we're just swapping teams with Philly. Sounds good to me. They can keep Luke Schenn and Mr. Universe though.

Yeah, but McGinn had plenty of time and opportunity to do it here. He didn't.

He's playing with Duchene. His two assists tonight were secondary assists that he did nothing on, and his goal was set up by a beauty pass from Duchene on a 2-on-1 that Varlamov could have had. I want Ginner to succeed, but I'm ****ing sick of seeing people around he whining about him.
They were primary assists.

You really got to feel for Semyon Varlamov. Makes 55 saves but can't get the win because of snakebitten offense other than a couple of guys and the six bottom pair defensemen in front of him.

Barrie-Hejda
Hunwick-Zanon
O'Bryne-O'Brien

I don't think anyone on that blueline would make ours.

I would take Jan Hejda and Tyson Barrie over Doug Murray right now.

Barrie could play on our 3rd pairing. Otherwise...

There was some awesome goaltending in this game. Kind of hoped the Sabres would pull it out, but it was a great game. That final goal was totally random though.

A floater and Ehrhoff standing right in front of Miller. Man, the Kings look terrible so far. Shark like execution.

Oh dear god YES!

I'd much rather see my team give me great entertainment and lose in the 2nd round, than for them to go an extra round and be an absolute snooze fest.
