They believe in the team that they have and are not going to do a got dam thing to change it.

with that cap issues that they are going to have, don't need inside sources to know not much is going to change.

Sather believes this is a team that can compete and that's really not true.

While a lot of our issues may have been coach related, team structure is a problem as well.
