:laugh:so IF they manage to stay healthy who plays Pyatt or Pouliott? We should seriously start a poll

Richards , Stepan, Callahan
Kreider, Brassard, Nash
Hagein, Boyle, Zucarello
Poo or Pie, Moore, Dorsett

Pie is more appealing for AV

Yup. Pyatt, Pouliot, Boyle, Moore are all UFAs after this season.

I keep Boyle and let the other guys go. I'm sick of Pyatt, he is so slow and has no offense. Moore is decent but i think we can get someone better or at least a little faster

I'm reading how Pyatt is coming back soon. First, that sucks. Second, why hasn't he been traded yet? Third, who is he replacing?

1. Yea, it really sucks when a guy is no longer having concussion symptoms.
2. Trade him for what?
3. Probably the Miller/Pouliot carousel in the bottom 6 - a spot neither one of them are matches for. Say what you want about Pyatt, but he provides just as little offense as Pouliot/Miller and makes fewer dumb plays with the puck.

1. That's not what I meant. I meant it sucks in the way, that he will likely be put in the lineup.

2. I'm not looking for anything meaningful. I just want him gone.

3. All three should be gone.

SInce not seeing him in the lineup for the past few games, I can attest to this...

While Pyatt is an offensive black hole (much like Powe was) he is, for lack of a better word, more defensively responsible... Not like the way that Callahan or Hagelin is, but more in like what was said in this quoted post... He's not "as dumb" (but not necessarily smarter) with the pucl

I just hate Pyatt's stupid offensive zone penalties. They're so unwarranted and unforced as well.

I'd honestly be fine with him in over Pouliot. Put the Pyatt-Boyle-Dorsett line back together. They were great in the playoffs last year.

This is why I said they need to get a legit 3rd LW. If they can get more for Del Zotto and slide someone like Hagelin down, that's fine. but the Poo poo's and Pyatt's of the world one your 3rd line, won't cut it.

Sure, sounds great. But who?

Sounds like you're more in "anyone but _____" mode.

Vigneault has to play one of them until further notice.

I was at the game, didn't see it on TV or see what they showed but Staal was visibly upset after the play and slammed his helmet on the ground on the way to the dressing room. Did not look good.

Well...guess it's a good thing we still got MDZ. Now he'll get some extended time playing the left side, I'm excited for that.

The Rangers can't count on Staal anymore. Another injury. Its not his fault but another injury.

He took a hit from behind earlier in the game from Ryder. In the 2nd period, another player took a run at him on a play behind the Rangers net.

Boucher is smaller player than Staal. Did he see the shoulder?

There was a play in the 2nd period where he flubbed a perfect pass from Miller.

It is truly amazing how little luck this franchise has with injuries. Too many major injuries for Staal in a relatively short time. I doubt he'll be returning to form anytime soon if ever.

Staal was pretty much awful all game tonight....he iced the puck like 45 times.

pretty awful all season. call up mcilrath and let him have a go. they need some actual grit in this lineup. and i'm not a fighting go hung guy either. but a team that's softer then kleenex won't do anything in the playoffs.
