Hey, I don't know how close you live to the garden but I am about an hour away and every once in awhile I will buy tickets 90 minutes before game time and scoop up an amazing deal on like stubhub. Especially if you do a weekday game against a bad team.

Was able to score madison club for $100 each before fees on ticketsnow. If you are patient and persistant enough you can get an amazing deal every so often. Not to forget the great people on this board who sell for there season ticket price.

That's usually what I do as well. The best time to get a deal is within two hours or so from game time. StubHub usually closes their sales for the game around then, so people will lower their prices quite a bit just to sell them off.

Had a "situation" last year & I upgraded last year from the side goal line to center ice - it was worth the $3 per ticket per game. For years the Rangers never did much for season ticketholders - but you cant really complain about the pricing for the upper bowl. They may not give you a skate with the team or an autograph session with the team, but right now the pricing is more than fair.

actually you get a skate at MSG this year :D

I did it like 10 years ago -many teams have current players from the team out there at the same time. Also, you only get it if you pay for your tickets with Amex or now I think its Chase

I've been thinking about getting a Chase card just to get the NYR perks, but love my Amex too much and want to get all the points I can on it, plus already have too many credit cards... (first world problems) :p

STH with 2 aisle seats in row 4 of section 227, on the corner where visitors shoot 2x, FV $76. See below for available games. Email me (calicjr[at]gmail[dot]com) with games you are interested in, and I can give you prices. Can send hard tickets or email electronic once they are issued, end of next week. Paypal is easiest. Thanks.

Rangers at Chicago tickets with a value of $235 only have a $7 TM fee. wtf.
Rangers at Devils has a $8 TM fee.
Rangers at Icelanders has a $13 TM fee.
Rangers at Boston has a $10 TM fee.
Rangers at Pittsburgh has a $10 TM fee.

Calgary has the same price TM Fee whether you buy a standing room ticket in the last row or a front glass ticket.

MSG TM fees start at $20 and go up with ticket price.

if you don't want to pay the fee, then don't buy the tickets.

incorrect, stubhub closes sales at the time the event starting time. if the event is starting at 7:05, sales close at 7:05. you can literally go to the stubhub LMS center on 40th between broadway and 6th and refresh your stubhub smartphone app right up to the last minute and they will print out your tickets there for you.

are you 100% sure you can print out tickets at stubhub terminal? I always buy them before I leave for the City might just come to the city first and then buy them on the way or once I get there from stubhub app.

Stubhub is also starting to play with cutoff times 30 minutes into the game. They've been doing it for an NFL team and they did that for the US Open this summer

Are you completely sure about that? I could have sworn that sales for instant downloads end two hours before the scheduled start time. I tried to get tickets to a game last year around an hour before the game, and it told me that all sales had closed already.

100 percent sure, do it for yankee games all the time.

i print my tickets at the stubhub lms center in the bronx terminal market.

it would be no different for events at MSG.

Yeah I think they switched over to that in the 11-12 season for Ranger games. I remember that one game against the Wings, you could get clubs for like $50-$75 a half hour before the game through the LMS center.
