#NHL has new #NHLPA proposal and now reviewing it internally. Hearing a few tweaks in offer but sounding like no major changes as of now.

This sounds very promising, unless Kypreos is talking about the PA's last offer

he has to be talking about the owners offer because the last offer the union presented got shut down and stopped the talks.

why would they send the same thing and expect a different result?

1. PA met between themselves/ stalled the negotiations for along time.
2. Go back a few pages. You will find a video of the PA going into a building around Times Square. Comedic gold.
3. The were rumors that the PA would ask for relocation/expansion $ to be counted as part of HRR. Those have been shot down.
4. They have been meeting for about 3 hours now. The PA put a proposal on the table. NHL took about 2 hours to review it. They are back now.

Thats rather ambiguous. It could mean NHL's offer.

well so much for my thought that they'd be locked in there tonight. o well hopefully the small tweaks are okay with the NHL and this deal will be done.

my guess is the PA tweaked what we all thought they were going to ask for. (contract terms as well as 60m cap) since apparently nothing was changed to the NHL's HRR offer.
