Debateable. And hockey isn’t just about talent, I think the last thing you want on a young rebuilding team is a JT Miller in the lockerroomMiller has warts but he's the more talented player pretty easily.

Before we traded for Namestnikov, I thought he was the biggest passenger in the league.
He's done nothing to change my mind. No harm in trying to light a fire under him.
I just wish Beleskey was healthy and could step into the lineup instead. He looked very good in PS.
I agree, but I think the front office isn’t in love with Miller eitherNot entirely the same situation but the Miller trade reminds me of the Gaborik trade in the sense that it was done in part to appease a coach who was nevertheless canned at the end of the year.
I missed the temper tantrum but what happened? Wasn’t it just he sorta rolled his eyes when he was asked to serve the too many men penalty? If that happened to Bozo he’d be foaming at the mouth and throwing water bottles. You think namestnikov with his attitude is the better option in the room? That temper tantrum on opening night for a new coach was an embarrassment. Only thing worse has been his effort since coming here.
Namestnikov is a nobody who road the coattails of elite players to have a career year. The sooner he's off this team, the better.Eye roll arms up head shaking when he got told to go serve the too many men call. totally unprofessional and more than anything it added to what he’s done since coming here. He’s been a dog. And now he’s got an attitude to go along with it.
To be fair it was a bonehead penalty to take, I’m sure a lot of players would’ve been pissed off lol. Don’t you remember Bozo’s temper tantrums? I remember one of his last games as a Ranger he took a stupid penalty and got mad about it, in the bench he started banging on the glass and going nuts; as soon as the penalty ended he skated out of the box and tripped a guy who didn’t even have the puck because he was mad and got sent right back to the box. Another time he was mad at AV and when they dumped it into our zone he was the first player to the puck and he just stopped and let the other teams player take it then he skated back to the bench while in the defensive zone, when he got to the bench he harpooned his stick over the boards behind our bench. Namestnikov really pissed me off with his attitude during the TMM penalty. This is a young, rebuilding team. That is not the kind of attitude you show in front of guys who are learning in the league. Moreover, if you want to stay in the good graces of a brand new coach, you sure as hell don't act that way.
For this board's sake, I hope McLeod scores a hat trick and bulldozes Mittelstadt with a good clean open ice hit.
Everyone on the team was pissed off in that moment. I really didn't think it was a Namestnikov thing.
