What would some of you mutants want ADA to do there.he was thrown a hospital pass He was on his backhand against the boards. Tried to throw it to the corner but got blocked and he got outmuscled by a bigger guy at the end of a shift.

It's actually a high pct play. He just didn't lift the puck. I'd rather him go forehand to the boards than backhand across the blue line. Plus where was anyone within 10 feet to support?

This is what I've expected most of the games to be like this year. Rangers didnt lack for effort, but made a lot of mistakes that were capitalized on. Henrik not gonna be able to steal every game for us

Did not help that the refs were pretty inconsistent all night

The Islanders probably had their luckiest game of their lives with the deflections and horrible reffing calls.

Other than the goal, Chytil wasn’t great. His puck control is concerning. Howden was very good. Kreider was obviously very good. Zibanejad was pretty good. Hayes was pretty good. Namestnikov pissed me off a couple times. Andersson was ok.

Skjei was flat out bad. Pionk was meh, but made some good offensive plays. I would really like to see him produce more 5-on-5, though. ADA has his worst game this season, but still wasn’t horrible. Shattenkirk was pretty decent, all things considered.

Hank was pretty bad. Had some tough shots to deal with, but should have stopped at least 1 or 2 of them.

Really f*cking frustrating game. My night is ruined, and that doesn’t happen often. The Islanders just have so many punchable faces, and they all scored.

I’m slowly starting to catch it as well. And I thought he was nothing more than a defensive 3rd line center before the season started. I thought he was just a center clone of Fast.

I'm not so sure about that.

Sure delfelctions and what not but he needs to stop them and he didnt.

We looked pretty good in the O-zone, but struggled defensively all night. Had a lot of issues making passes too.
Skjei really struggled, Zucc looked like he didn't really want to be there and I'm not sure what purpose Letteri and McLeod serve.
The Howden line was pretty good and it was great to see Chytil score again (even if he still gets bumped off the puck too easily). Always nice to see Kredier in games where he uses his size and speed as well.

Refs were.... 'interesting'......

Zucc is also coming back from an injury.

I think he’ll do well with his new team.

It's amazing how perception changes when your goalie doesn't bail you out.

He didnt see a second of ice after the turnover that led to the eventual game winner.

He had two shifts after the Komarov goal. One that was the shift before the Kreider goal and then one right after the Kreider goal.

Lias was ok. Looked sleepy on some plays, not alert

They were tough shots, but as someone mentioned, the league average SV% for high danger scoring chances is 0.830, so Hank should have stopped at least 1 or 2 of those.

Not in the corner, but when he initially got possession near the right circle. Might have gotten blocked or gotten through, but better than losing the puck in the corner from a forechecking Nelson
